Bator redefines the world around us in his very own way. He adds meaning to symbols by placing them in intriguing contexts. One of many examples - a deer often associated with bad taste and kitsch appears on several Bator artworks and the serie is entitled "Not on the rutting ground". A symbolic and methaphorical transformation of the reality brings back false memories. We're convinced that we've already seen this faceless person, suited up stag. The author plays with conventions, deceives and intrigues us. Bator brings a sense of nostalgy for the world of dreams.
